Why are we participating in GivingTuesday?
For Share My Sun, #GivingTuesday is a chance to talk about our values and why we care so much about the work that we do. We’ve been able to use GivingTuesday to introduce new people to Share My Sun so that they will become year-round supporters.
What can we accomplish with GivingTuesday?
It can feel right now like people have very little in common and it’s hard to connect. But generosity is a universally held value that brings us together.
Being generous can make us happier, it can make a difference in the world, and it inspires generosity in others.
Share My Sun would like to finance over 200 Solar Jar Kits for 200 Kids for Christmas with #GivingTuesday campaign.
